All delegates under 18 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult to the AdvANCE programme.

Everyone, whether Sabbath, Day or Residential, still needs to
register online with the Youth Department.
If meals, Sabbath and Sunday lunch, are required then they can
only be booked online with the Youth Department for £22.
Sabbath
Delegate tickets cost £5 and are for the Sabbath ONLY.
Day
Delegate tickets cost £25 and are for the weekend but you stay offsite.
Residential
Delegate tickets cost £10 for the weekend and you stay onsite. You also
NEED to ensure you have booked with St. John's hotel as well. WE WILL CHECK!!
Hotel
bookings, for Residential Delegates, will need to be done directly with the
hotel and NOT with the Youth Department.

ENGLAND CONFERENCE' and the date of the event which is 2-4 April, 2010. Rooms
are twin bedrooms, so can be shared by 2 (two) delegates. Rooms cost £69 per
night so 2 people sharing will cost each person £69 for the weekend. Breakfast
is included with room bookings. The North England Conference are no longer holding any rooms but rooms are still available at the negotiated rate. Please book your room/s as soon as possible as they are available on a first come first serve basis only.
